On July 31st and August 1st, at the San Joaquín Campus of the Universidad Santa María, we had the privilege of participating as strategic allies of the Latin American Coaching Congress Chile 2026, a meeting space that invited us to reflect on the leadership challenges required by today’s world.

During the congress, our founder and president, Francisca Cortés Solari, presented the talk “Coaching and effective conservation for sustainability,” sharing a perspective that integrates human development, science, and nature as pillars to drive deep and lasting transformations.

We sincerely thank the organizers for making this event possible, in which the director of the Manada Coaching with Horses Project from Cortés Solari Philanthropy, Carolina Herrera Labarca, invited us to reflect on a leadership that transcends results to connect with authenticity, coherence, and purpose.
